  • Make sure your pet's face and ears are visible in the picture. Use natural light (don't use flash).

  • Make sure the uploaded photo files are clear and undamaged.

Filming angle

It is recommended to keep the lens level with your pet’s head. Try not to shoot from an oblique angle, otherwise the products produced will not have good effects.

1. We will begin by working with the pet photos you provide. If we have any concerns that your image may not result in the exact product you desire, we will contact you via email three times.

If, after three email attempts to reach you, you have not provided a new or usable photo, we will cancel your order and provide you with a discount code to restart your order at your convenience.

Please note that the speed at which you respond to our emails during this time will impact our production progress. To ensure that your product reaches you in a timely manner, we kindly ask for your prompt response.
